Base or Skid Mounted Blower Packages
HR Blowers UK Ltd manufacture a full range of Roots-type positive displacement blower packages. The packages are ideal for new installations or for replacing ageing units. These come in a compact footprint, ready to be directly installed easily and quickly onsite.
The standard HR roots type blower package units include:
- A blower unit from our range, from 127 – 37,200 M3/HR.
- Capable of blowing or vacuum duties.
- High Efficiency (IE3) Electric motor and V-belt drive.
- Inlet air filter and silencer.
- Discharge silencer.
- Blower protection – mechanical or electrical.
- With or without an acoustic chamber – pending Customer requirement.
- Plug – Commission – Run.
- Easy access for routine maintenance.

In the example pictured, an HR23 blower unit (1,340 m3/h, 550 mbarg) has been combined with a Brook Crompton 30 kW motor in a ready-to-go package for pneumatic conveying of stone dust in mining operations in South Africa.
