Screw conveyors are used to convey bulk material from almost any position (vertical, horizontal, or at an incline) and are one of the most reliable methods of conveyance. The screw conveyor is composed of a pipe with a welded steel strip that is formed into a continuous helix. The helix is referred to as the flighting.

Standard screw conveyors are made for simple conveying duties and straightforward applications. However, we have the ability to produce individually designed units that include features to overcome awkward installations, materials that are difficult to handle, or include performance or process functions beyond simple conveying. Some requirements may be concerned with aspects of hygiene and clean-ability, others with bulk solids that have poor or delicate conveying properties.
